Movement is for EVERY body. Forget the nonsense of showing up because you ate some cookies last night. If you are looking for a trainer to be the one to encourage you to "burn off those calories" I'm probably not your gal. Show up to feel connected to your body, connected to your mind, and connected to others in your community. Show up with kindness towards yourself, your body, and others. Move your body to build strength and start to feel the difference, which then leads to seeing a difference.
